If you are using exclusively GSM/Cell (without soft-phone or other IP device), and if your forwarding minutes run out, you can purchase more prepaid forwarding minutes directly from the DBN Web-app, which are sold at:
€10 – 400 minutes
€20 – 900 minutes
€30 – 1500 minutes
If you use the service only occasionally, and don’t receive/dial much, included minutes should be enough for the normal business operation. However, if you expect many calls (for example, have quite an active sales-team based on telephony), it is a good idea to optimise your costs and install a (free) soft phone on mobile devices of those frequent callers. In this case, minutes are not counted and your entire cost is your FLAT monthly fee. Additionally – you can still use included minutes for forwarding to some GSMs without soft phones.
